WLC 400 - MAJOR CAPSTONE
Students work with the instructor and WLC faculty advisors to research, synthesize, write and present their Capstone projects. Students will also assemble a Graduation Portfolio reflecting how each MLO was met. This course is required for all Japanese, Spanish and World Languages and Cultures majors.
Spring 2014 / University Wide Required Course
Due to this course being a University Wide Required Course, not taking it wouldn't have allowed me to officially graduate. Taking this class along with WLC 300 are both required for Capstone, which the course dedicated to my senior thesis's research and development.
In this course, we would meet and talk about expectations for graduation, the thesis, and eportfolio development. It gave ample time to also work with our advisers and receive information and guidance to completion of our work. From WLC 300, I began my research and development. WLC 400 was the second-half to this process and finalized my survey and research.
The research and survey results that I had collected from my work in this class has provided me with a full understanding of my topic on Cultural Projections of Career and Success: Individualism and Collectivism.
