Business 305 - principles of Management
Concepts of management including managerial roles, organizational and team dynamics, leadership and motivation, decision making, ethical and legal issues, and communication. Individually and in teams, students explore how organizations do or do not function effectively in international and multicultural contexts. Students also develop management plans as part of multi-course business planning process. (Offered every semester; sections may be offered as classroom-based, hybrid or online.)
